Spyros Papaspyrou was born in 11 May of 1954 in Ioannina. He studied in “A.T.O.” (Doxiadis schools) Preservation – Copy of artworks (1973-1975). From 1975 till 1980 he studied Restauro in Universita Internazionalle del Arte of Florence and Painting in Accademia di Belle Arte in the Workshop of pr. Ciulietti (1935 -2003). He taught in high schools and lyceums, in the University of Ioannina, the Zosimea Pedagogical Academy of Ioannina, In the Ecclesiastical high school of Vella and in the Tecnological Educational Institute of Epirus. As a detachment he also worked in The Pedagogical Institute as an artistic director for publications. He has held one individual art exhibition (Ioannina March 1992) and a retroactive in The Box, Athens, January 2019 and has participated in many group ones. He is a member of the Chamber of Fine Arts of Greece. He lives in Athens.
